I had a disappointing experience at Smithfield Barbecue Restaurant’s drive-thru recently. When I pulled up to the speaker to place my order, there seemed to be an issue with the speaker system. I tried asking a question, but after five minutes of no response, I drove to the window to complete my order. Been here a handful of times for lunch over the past two months and the service and quality stay consistently excellent. Portions are huge, they got colossal sized tenders. The one time I had a small issue they rectified it quickly and efficiently. Happy customer!
