RecommendedSmithfield BBQ in Henderson, NC is the best! Located right off I-85, we stop here often while traveling to see my son in Charlotte, NC. The food (both BBQ and chicken) is awesome and the people working there are always so friendly. I would highly recommend eating here

Smithfield chicken and barbecue in Henderson was so nasty. My mom and I asked for bbq and chicken combo dark. Sides were stew and slaw. Hotdog and fries. Sweet Tea. What we actually got molded hotdog, bbq chicken not regular fried chicken, soggy hush puppies, slaw mixed with potatoe salad. So disappointed

We purchased our meal and checked it the best would could before leaving. Once we got home and unpacked the bag, we noticed they did not put the fries in the bag with the value meal. We called the store and talked to a girl. She said that she was sorry and if we came back that she would give us something extra for the trouble. My wife went back and got the fries, but they gave her nothing for their mistake.
