Do not get ink paw prints from this vet after your pet passes, they made it their mission to make mine look like a child’s art project a couple months ago. I was too heartbroken to even say anything since seriously what can you even do after they’ve already done it. The discolouration is from me storing it but this is absolutely ridiculous, it’s a slap in the face after I’ve already went through such a loss.
Dr Dorothy is a rare find. A kind kind person who is genuinely loves animals.
We are travelling north with our Kelpie and needed to find a vet to give him an injection. They were super helpful and very kind during the booking process. The vet, Sarah was lovely and administered the needle so effectively our dog was keen to stay and spend more time with her. Highly recommend this practice for their excellent customer service and clinical care.
Best vet in Cairns. Very caring, always helpful and they never want to over medicate my dogg..which so many other vets do. :-)
I've had dogs my whole life and I've never met a more caring vet than Dorothy. She is an exceptional human and so is her assistant, Robert. I cannot recommend them enough. Phoning for appointments may take a few attempts, but it's totally worth it when you do get there. It is abundantly clear that they're driven by their devotion to the animals they care for. That is such a refreshing change.
