Front desk female calling patients on phone using speaker for all those in waiting room to hear, not very professional, and seemed to be in a bit of disorder on tasks at hand. Waited 45 minutes for them to finally call my friend to the back. Then they needed him to come back to the front lobby because the front desk woman lost his paperwork.
