Called on call DR because of trouble with kidney stones, went through the whole part of being charged a visit fee only to receive a text message from the DR telling me the office is closed and go to urgent care if I need something. What is the point of the on call DR?????? this was DR HOUT for reference, UGH

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Hout for about two years now. Dr. Hout is an excellent doctor who is very skilled and knows how to provide the best care for his patients. The clinic is also well-managed, and all the staff are kind and very helpful. A great experience overall, and I highly recommend it.
If I could give zero stars I would. The more I think back on my experiences here the more angry I get. We were passed to this practice when it moved to this location. They only. Are about what procedures they can do and charge your insurance for. During my physical last fall the doctor I saw only touched me long enough to hear my breathing and heart rate.
