No parking. Guard was rude. My appointment was at 9:00 am, checked in at 8:00am. They asked me to wait outside on the road which has heavy traffic. Called me back at 10 am to drop off the trailer and then asked to me go back outside on the road again. Done loading at 11:30 am. When I checked my truck trailer scale, it was overweight. They asked me to get a scale ticket which was 35 miles away (50 min in city traffic). The ticket confirmed that the total weight was over the legal limit. i deliverd at 8 am 2-9-26. i checked in at 6 am waited dor the call. went in to dock 10 and was unloaded in an hour. very polite staff. plenty of room at the docks. if you can back in their do not be a truck driver. overall if i ever get a load going their again i will take it ina heart beat
Asked guard if I could park for the night she was nice and directed me to park on east side of street at the sign where it tells you to call in befor pulling up to guard shack , Called in at 7am for 8 am appointment was in door at 10am and out at 10:30 am You have to blind side in to docks if you go to dock 9 or above
This place needs to do something about the guy that works days shift in the security shack.He is hateful , rude cusses at drivers. We come here multiple times and our drivers always have an issue with this same security person. The other people we never have an issue with, but this one guy is constantly causing trouble with drivers. Several other companies say they've had the same issue with the same security person on day shift.
