Highly recommend Smithfield Endoscopy Centre! The whole experience was so smooth and surprisingly comforting. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member was warm and welcoming. Even the doctors I wasn’t seeing were so friendly, which really helped ease my anxiety. I get super anxious with procedures, so I asked not to be told when I’d be put to sleep, and they respected that completely. From start to finish it was such an easy process. Although extremely busy all staff remain so polite, professional and caring at all times. The facility was extremely clean and organised. Safety and comfortability of the paitent was evidently forefront in their minds every step of the way. Thank you for making a nerve racking procedure so easy and putting my mind at ease. I would highly recomnend this facility to any one.
Very professional friendly staff. Seamless process. From the local to recovery … Sedation amazing, best sleep in a while :) and recovery process passes if not better than the hospital systems. Convenient location very clean facility. Definitely recommend your next procedure in this clinic.
I had a truly exceptional experience during my recent procedure. My sincere gratitude goes to the entire team, including the receptionist, nurses, and anesthesiologist, whose kindness and professionalism were outstanding.
