Either this business is dodgy or it's incompetent. I, initially, did a lot of local and online research when searching for an RAA Approved Crash Repairer to identify one that might be 'good'. I had a new bumper bar painted and fitted there..they did it straight away for me for a reasonable price and I picked it up the next day..it was a big relief and my car looks brand new again..the staff and the owner were very professional to talk to..I would definitely go there again..Heaven forbid 🤓
Had car accident on 23rd December. Everything closed until 5th January. Assessed and approved by 9th January and repaired by 22nd January. Fantastic. Cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend on professionalism throughout this trying time.
Smithfield crash repair If you’re looking for a place with great customer service and mutual respect, this isn’t it. The only people who showed professionalism and respect were the ladies at the front desk. The man my grandsonI dealt with—who I believe may be the owner—was very disrespectful. Regardless of whether he was having a bad day, there’s no excuse for speaking abruptly, looking down on customers. Customer service and basic respect should always be a priority.
