Very poor experience with Smithfield Car Service. We were referred through RAA after our parked car was hit. At our first interaction, the reception lady questioned whether the accident was genuine and commented that the damage “didn’t add up.” This was inappropriate and unnecessarily confrontational, particularly when dealing with customers already in a stressful situation. I was in a car accident and my car was damaged. this company is RAA approved and I used my insurance. i was offered a rental car if needed. staff pretty much did all the necessary paperwork for me. it was an easy process, they are helpful and friendly.

We took our car down at the end of June and were told it would take 3 weeks for the car to be repaired. We are now at the start of August only to be told that we wont have our car back until late August. We are ropeable. Their communication is pathetic and they don't stick to the timelines they offer. We will never take our car here again. Absolutely pathetic.

The service was bad, and when I pointed it out, there were even more damages. The staff said it might have come from the manufacturer like that. Plus, the car was dirty when I got it, and there was still work to be done.

Just got my car back, repairs seem ok but wasnt happy that my half tank of petrol is gone and the car never left the premises and wasn’t registered. Also they are supposed to wash and vacuumed. It was washed but definitely not vacuumed. Wouldn’t recommend
