I received flowers after my dad passed away, but they went to the wrong address (sender’s error, not the florists). When I received a text with a pic, I knew it was my previous address. I let the driver know. I got a call the next business day asking for my current address, and they redelivered the flowers. Definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!
