Yesterday Consumers sent out a contracted repair man to do a maintenance check on my furnace. This man showed me a picture that he took of the internal workings of my furnace. He said he detected a possible crack in the heat exchanger....which Consumers does NOT cover. So naturally l am now concerned about having to replace this furnace. Had an old AC unit that went out before the hottest week of the year. SMC still fit us into their busy schedule and even though they were unable to help because our unit was beyond repair, I would still strongly recommend their services.
We have been using Smither's Mechanical for the last 15 years. They are friendly, professional and always get the job done on budget and on time. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating or cooling services.
