Called this morning, 90 degree day, AC was down. Had us back up and running before 3pm! Great guys, great service. Highly recommended!
Recently had them out to diagnose my air conditioner. Great to work with. Honest, knowledgeable and looking to build long term relationships with their customers. Will be using them again in the future for sure.
Yesterday Consumers sent out a contracted repair man to do a maintenance check on my furnace. This man showed me a picture that he took of the internal workings of my furnace. He said he detected a possible crack in the heat exchanger....which Consumers does NOT cover. So naturally l am now concerned about having to replace this furnace. Had an old AC unit that went out before the hottest week of the year. SMC still fit us into their busy schedule and even though they were unable to help because our unit was beyond repair, I would still strongly recommend their services.
