Extremely dishonest. We took my Husqvarna riding mower (in wonderful condition at the time) to have the transmission looked at a while ago. After nearly a month of no contact we called and were told the estimate. When we came to pay the quoted price a few days later, they "could not find" our mower and had a manager come talk to us about how it wasn't going to be worth it to pay for the repairs and recommended us look at their used mowers.
