Very quick and efficient. Checked my little girls foot very carefully and took great care. Even putting on bluey for her when she became distressed. Very reassuring and helpful and put both me and my little one at ease.
Brought our little boy in because he hurt his ankle. Had far better service here than in Alder Hey. Brilliant nurse (called Anne I think) saw us right away and referred for an onsite x-ray. She was really kind and very professional, referred us to the fracture clinic for further review. In and out (including the x-ray) in about 1 hour. Would highly recommend.
I have been taking my children here for years. It is always such a good service. You can tell the staff love working with children and want to make sure they haven't missed anything. They have spotted things my GP didn't and I always feel like you can trust their advice and diagnosis. Thank you to the staff for being so lovely.
We were sent here by mistake but the staff were extremely helpful and sorted my daughters problem promptly. Very friendly and nice facilities, thank you to all the staff.
Got there at 8am Friday morning and was in and out in 30minutes. Nadine and Sarah were lovely. Efficient and great with my 10 month old. We were in for an ongoing ear infection. I didn’t know what to expect after seeing the reviews but I figured getting in at the beginning of the day would be the best chance and it worked out. Would definitely go back!
