Had a cylinder I carried to them that was wielded on the end. They said they couldn't fix it but quoted me a price to build a brand new one. After months of waiting finally got the cylinder back and it was leaking. Return it, several weeks later got it back it's still leaking. Took a PTO pump there to get a gasket and come back with a $1278 bill and had a bolt missing out of it
