I wanted to add some extra space to my home for friends and family. I looked at the SmithCo website and found a picture of a two-story casita with each of the two rooms opening out to a deck. I called and Charles came over and discussed the project with me. As soon as the septic was approved they started the project and were finished within about three months. And as a Home Inspector, I've seen the good the bad and the ugly and SmithCo is top notch in all phases of the process and takes pride in the work they do. Excellent service, communication, and quality of work for a very honest and fair price. Had entire interior of home painted, including trim and doors. Beautiful finished project in timeframe given with taking care to be sure all furniture was covered and protected. Special attention to the little details that matter.
