I booked an appointment with Kate. Kate is amazing! She was warm and was very thorough. I’m so thankful that she was able to find the root cause of my issue. I can’t recommend her enough. I’m so grateful for her help.

I was treated VERY POORLY by SmithCare in Poulsbo. They contacted me less than 24-hours prior to the appointment saying they had not received a copy of my Veteran’s Administration (VA) referral. When I made the appointment, they indicated they would let me know several days prior to the appointment if there was a problem. However, I stated that I had a copy of the referral. Hands down- fantastic dermatologist. Going to the doctor for health concerns is never easy, but I saw Kate who is a nurse practitioner and she’s fantastic. Kate is personable, kind, and has expertise to share. She walks you through your concerns in a step wise approach. I’m a doctor and I plan on coming here for the long term. What an amazing office setting- you can tell they care and go the extra mile.
Nice facility with friendly staff. However, it can take a while to be seen as a patient. Be cautious about procedures performed during your visit, as additional charges may not be clearly communicated in advance. I was surprised to receive a bill for nearly $250 for a very minor procedure that took less than a minute, without being informed of the cost beforehand. Transparency goes a long way.
