The front desk staff are exceptionally courteous. I have visited numerous independent clinics, and the staff at Smithcare stand out for their remarkable kindness. The respect they demonstrate towards patients and their professional demeanor over the phone are truly exceptional. Jason and DNP Kate Ernst are remarkably approachable and attentive to concerns. I am thoroughly impressed with this clinic.

I visited Smith Care Dermatology in Poulsbo, WA. today for my annual checkup. My expert dermatologist is Kate Ernst, she is the absolute best in diagnosis, recommended treatment, follow-up care and patient care. Her professionalism is such a stress-reliever, I always leave the office with a smile and feeling optimistic.

I can't explain how lovely SmithCare Dermatology is. When you first walk into the office, it's absolutely gorgeous. Every single person was incredibly kind from the front desk, to the MAs, all the way to the providers. There was so much laughter in the office and I've had nothing but the BEST care here. I couldn't recommend SmithCare more!
