I sent my car here to be reviewed for a claim through WIOA for repair. The main technician confirmed that my tires needed replaced but I needed my catalytic convertor serviced. The technician reported to my WIOA worker that my tires needed replacing but my catalytic convertor was fine, as long as I stayed in town. How that's possible in rural Iowa is beyond me. I was scammed! Brought my car in to fix a short that prevented it from starting, and to their credit the issue was indeed fixed, HOWEVER the mechanic left the coolant overflow tank on THE ENGINE and I dont know about you, but I dont typically look under the hood right after a trip to the mechanics. So a day later, Im smelling melted plastic, find the completely melted tank ON THE ENGINE, try to call to inquire about this, no answer, so I leave a message. its been a few weeks now and they will not pick up my calls now, and ha... read more

Test drove a $3k car with only 96k miles on it. It wasnt road worthy. Thought i was gonna wreck it the rear end was so loose!
