Excellent in service professionals. Cassandra has amazing patience attention and assistance. The voicemail of AI is very wanting. While seemingly helpful it requires that you stay on the phone longer and it is hard for her (I forgot her name) to pivot. Please keep the personal touch by embracing real people and not robots/chatbots. Human engaging is what we all need.
