Dr. Kumar is great but suddenly since COVID, she refuses to see patients in person, per her staff she has done a great job diagnosing people over the phone for the last 3 years so now they refuse to do it in person. Some visits cannot be done over the phone. It is sad to see that a doctor refuses to have direct contact with patients to properly assess their needs.
Worst health group in whole Gilroy. Extremely rude employees. Careless service. You really want to suffer go to this service. No no is every aspects.
My hubby started seeing Dr Kumar about a year ago at which time she referred him for treatment to a urologist who determined he had prostate cancer.......beside many other problems. Yesterday he finally received his brachytherapy treatment for his prostate cancer and he is on the mend. We want to thank Dr Kumar from the bottom of our hearts for her efficiency and wonderful care in referring him to the proper specialist. She's one of the best drs I've countered in my 74 years.
