I have tooth pain and was given an appointment right away on a Friday. The office staff were very understanding. I had to be referred to a specialist and they made the appointment for me to be seen the next business day. I was prescribed medicine for the pain to get me through the weekend. I am so thankful.

Dr. Smith Williams is extremely passive aggressive, lacks compassion, and displays laziness. There was such a lack of communication that I had no idea what type of anesthesia I was receiving until right before my surgery. I had planned to get all four wisdom teeth out, and in the MIDDLE of my surgery asked my mother and I if we could just do two and schedule the rest for another time, which we refused. Had all 4 wisdom teeth out, 2 which were impacted and I had a great experience! She is Very amazing, gentle & great at explaining things. Her staff are also very gentle and very knowledgeable. I healed so quickly! Thank you!

I just had 3 extractions done by this butcher, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Her bed side manners are terrible, she had zero compassion for me and she rolled her eyes everything I complained of pain. There was no connection between her and I. She treated me like an animal and when she was done torturing me she walked out without talking to me and just went on to the next patient. I would never ever go back to see this woman, you can tell she hates her job.

Dr,. Wiiliams-Smith was very professional in her manner as well as the office staff. I did not have have any long waits and appointments were available for times that worked for me. Everything was clearly explained and the exrtraction of the tooth was painless (better living through chemistry). After care was explained and follow up visits excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams-Smith. The cost was reasonable and the unexpected amount the insurance company did not pay I was able to work out a reasonable payment plan... read more

I had impacted wisdom tooth extracted. Large tooth, set deep. Doctor and staff made sure the experience was pain-free. They listened to me and responded to prevent pain and my anxiety. Post procedure instructions were clear and concise (oral and written). No complications. I am glad I went. I am well-covered by insurance. The office space is clean, bright and modern (tho' not a spa) and comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. I would go back for any future oral surgery. I enthusiastically recommend to others.

1. they screwed my appointment time. 2. called me and told me to come 15 prior to the appointment. so i did. THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MIN. 3. no sorry , no nothing from the doctor 4. some people came after me but were called before me. 5. doctor was frustrated, which I felt right a way 6. she did the anastasiea injection that i wont forget for long time. I came in for two upper wisdom teeth extractions and was truly impressed with her professionalism, skill, and speed. Other than the novocaine injections, I felt no pain whatsoever. One tooth came out in less than a minute, and I didn't even know that it had been extracted until she told me that it was out. The whole appointment lasted less than 45 minutes.
