Purchased not one, but TWO Bodyguard 2.0s for my wife and I last month. Customer service is SO SLOW and takes forever to respond back to email. Firearm guide spring had defect (can’t shoot the gun or comfortably pull the slide back) and replaced part has yet to come. Been waiting almost 4 weeks. Horrible service. I’m not purchasing a smith and Wesson firearm ever again. Make this right!
I personally have been a S&W fan forever. Have a 469 I bought in 1990. Still shoots any type of 9mm I put through it. Never had a single issue. I've been recently carrying the Shield Plus, and absolutely love it! Shoots great, is reliable and best of all very comfortable to conceal.
Recently acquired a Smith & Wesson sw9ve, Front sight literally fell off.... I've always liked Smith & Wesson especially their revolvers but obviously quality doesn't matter anymore.
