We had some water dripping into basement. We were fortunate to come in contact with Smith Waterproofing. They identified solutions, provided clarity on what they would do what it would cost. Performed the work exactly as described. Very professional from start to finish. They did a great job on the clean up. Highly recommmended.
Smith Waterproofing did an excellent job correcting a water problem in our basement crawl space in mid-2024. We were so thankful for their great work, especially in July 2025 when torrential rain flooded Mount Joy and surrounding areas, and the crawl space was completely dry. I highly recommend this company!

I ended up not needing their service, but I followed their recommendations and haven’t had any water issues since. It’s rare to find a company that truly puts your best interest first. These are the kind of people you want to do business with!
Excellent work and very flexible to work with. Installed a radon fan connection for me as well and it works perfectly. The system saved me from some heavy rains shortly after installing. Radon system is working perfectly as well keeping it well under what it was before.
