They were very helpful when my boat trailer axel broke. Found us in the middle of nowhere and transported to their yard. When I was able to come back a few days later they helped me load it onto a flatbed trailer for me to pull home. Highly Recommend!!!

My recent experience with Smith and Walters towing service was amazing. As a person with a disability who rides motorcycle and was recently stranded with a breakdown. I cannot walk for help so I’m stuck with my bike as my lifeline. It was so nice to see how much the tow operator made me feel like it was all gonna be ok the second he got out of the truck. A fantastic experience from start to finish after my car died on the highway during a super busy time! Dispatch was awesome and sent someone out right away. The driver was personable and very knowledgeable and made a super stressful situation feel effortless. Price was reasonable and I would call them again in a heartbeat but hopefully I don’t have too!

Driver named Jamie was rude. At first he was talking normally and all of a sudden started raising his voice and showing frustration for no reason while getting initials after the tow service. We still kept our cool and talked to him nicely but that’s totally unacceptable when it comes to customer service. I will think twice before getting their service in future.
