Our guy Chris. Amazing dude! Got us out of a bad pickle. One that nobody else dared to help with. Very positive and determined.This guy made a stressful situation seem like a typical fun Friday night. Stuck to it till the job was done! Would highly recommend. Especially Chris!

Hit a deer last night. 40 km south of Thunder Bay. Chris arrived in very short order (45 min) was very polite professional and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better response.

They were very helpful when my boat trailer axel broke. Found us in the middle of nowhere and transported to their yard. When I was able to come back a few days later they helped me load it onto a flatbed trailer for me to pull home. Highly Recommend!!!

My recent experience with Smith and Walters towing service was amazing. As a person with a disability who rides motorcycle and was recently stranded with a breakdown. I cannot walk for help so I’m stuck with my bike as my lifeline. It was so nice to see how much the tow operator made me feel like it was all gonna be ok the second he got out of the truck.
