Mamie M. Kosko, CFNP works at his clinic. She looked at my injured knee and assessed that I needed an MRI. When I explained that I cannot take any additional days off just for a consultation because I am a teacher, she offered to call me with the results of the MRI. Not only did she not call, She refused to return any of my FOUR phone calls asking about my condition or about treatment recommendations. She wasted both my time and money without helping me at all. Dr. Todd was recommended to me by a couple of my family members, which I trusted. However I guess my particular injury wasn't necessarily a money maker for this doctor's office. I requested a change of doctor from my previous doctor given the fact my previous doctor was located in another state. Dr. Smith signed off on the change of doctor form, however after viewing my medical records; I was told NO indirectly.
