I went to Smith's on Sunday, May 31,2020. I arrived at 3:00pm. They would not accept my dog because they were too busy. I have never experienced an "emergency" vet who would not accept a case while they were open. They appear to be "emergency" by appointment only. They offered I should go to ABQ (90 miles away). This is highly unacceptable to me. Certainly not customer service.
