Caring, efficient, effective care for a very sick multipoo. Dr De La Torre is a kind, very astute clinician.
Recently I had to say goodbye to my soulmate kitty -18 years of love and trust. She had renal failure and was suffering and the decision was very difficult as she was my last Kitty of a household full of fur babies. I have always trusted Smith's for end of life care as over the many years I have needed this service. Both the veterinarian and the vet tech were extremely friendly and helpful. They also asked if I wanted certain tests that were not mandated. They explained all tests, and will send results to my email.

Everyone could not be nicer. However—given the meds did not affect the symptoms—it would seem the diagnosis should be revisited.
