I had a problem with a medication they prescribed my cat, which she didn't need, and I was fine with that part. But, the label read expired. I tried to exchange, and got tag teamed, by two rude ladys, at the front desk, talking to me like I am stupid. Wouldn't exchange, or credit to other services, a medication I read expired. I spent $430. Was planning on spending more. They lost a good customer. DON'T USE THIS VET!
I took my cat to Smith's due to an eye infection and over $200 later they prescribed her antibiotics but didn't give me enough to clear it up. I went back and had to pay another $100 for a different antibiotic that didn't work at all. The staff was extremely rude and talked to me and my mother like we were ignorant. They know how much love people have for their animals so they take advantage of that to get all the money out of you that they can. I will never take any of my animals here again.
I took my 13 year old German Shepherd here today. She's having trouble getting around and isn't friendly with anyone but her "family". The staff and Dr. Guarha were awesome. They minimized the level of stress she had to go through, listened to my experiences, opinions, and ideas about her care, didn't try to take my finances to the cleaners, and they walked me through what treatment they thought best and most importantly WHY they thought it was best. GREAT vets, had to take my cat in here after i had a bad experience with the angel spay moble clinic. She almost died but Dr Flynn saved her!
Catherine Talley is a great vet that really loves her patients. If you love your small animals they are safe with her. Her staff know what they're doing and we always have confidence that our babies are getting the best care possible.
