This was easy. Went to pick up a Niagara load of water. Arrived at 1300 for a 1700 appointment. Was at the door by 1430 and out by 1610 I have no complaints from this place. And the lady at the shipping office is very nice and professional.
I was under the impression they had restrooms in the office but when I asked I was directed to a nasty port a potty. No thanks. Use the bathroom before you come unless the potty is ok with you. Both doors inside say employee only so maybe they cut the truckers off. Either way NO RESTROOMS.
I told them specifically it’s a refer trailer not a dry van Trialer and still didn’t know how to load the Trialer I’m overweight on my drive axles I had to reweight 3 times and still bad they need professional loaders when you load a refer Trialer , refer Trialers have to be loaded 2 singles straight in the beginning then followed by doubles pallets
