Very professional and honest! My GMC 3.0 started shuttering and I called and set an appointment with Mr. Keith. He drove it and developed a plan. They completed a flush and it fixed the issue. They earned my business for life.
Mr. Keith is the most knowledgeable transmission mechanic I've spoken with concerning my transmission problem. It's been a 6 month long problem and I've spoken to 3 other transmission "specialists." He thoroughly diagnosed it very quickly and explained everything in a way I could understand. He was honest and straightforward. I am so thankful! A plus business!
These folks rebuilt our transmission that had been ruined by antifreeze leaking into it. They took it apart and rebuilt it for us. Did a great job. Price wasn't too bad.
I went to Smith Transmission after the transmission on my 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 started to shudder. They took my truck on a test drive and suggested a transmission flush to fix the issue. After they completed the service the transmission was back to normal. I also had them change the fluids in my differentials and transfer case. I will definitely use them in the future for all my transmission services. Excellent customer service!
