I had an appointment set and made with the owner to get a diagnosis on my BMW and they never did anything. We took it to smiths a week prior to my appointment and we came to an agreement that I needed a diagnosis on my transmission which included the fluid level, the sound coming from it and any other problems I had. I dropped my car off at 9am for my appointment… well 3pm comes around and I haven’t gotten any call or update so I took it upon myself to call.
