I needed information about a part so I called Sunsourh in Lucedale where all of my JD tractors came from and I was informed that they couldn't give me the information I needed. So I called Smith tractor in Atmore and Brandon emailed me the information I needed. Ive tried ordering parts over the phone from Sunsourh was told I would need to come in which it's +120 miles around trip. So I needed another part and called Smith tractor and not a problem. Thanks Smith tractor for your help! Now that great customer service!
