Always good, we can count on them having parts. And if by chance they don't, they get them promptly. Sarah in the parts department doesn't excellent job.
They were able to look up the part with the part number I gave them. They did not have the part in stock, but said they could get it. I could get the part a little cheaper on line.
I am new to the area and I have been to Smith's twice, I have to say that Chris in the parts department is extremely helpful and a great ambassador for the company. Back today for small parts, Smith is right on it !
Nice enough people. Little pricey on parts.
