Five stars is not enough for this company and staff. Smith Tractor (John Deere) is probably one of the hardest, most honest, dependable companies we have ever worked with. Our company has used them for years and they take care of all our tractors. No matter if it is pouring rain outside, freezing cold, whatever, they just keep going and continue to serve their customers. They put their money into quality of service, and it shows. Always good, we can count on them having parts. And if by chance they don't, they get them promptly. Sarah in the parts department doesn't excellent job.
They were able to look up the part with the part number I gave them. They did not have the part in stock, but said they could get it. I could get the part a little cheaper on line.
