I really appreciate the high level of service from Smith Tractors. Mitch went out of his way to make sure I was happy and personally followed through to ensure everything was handled properly. That kind of attention makes a big difference. In my opinion, it’s not the tractor make or model that defines quality — it’s the dealer that stands behind the product and supports the customer. Smith’s is doing an awesome job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I have communicated with Jeff Smith on multiple occasions regarding the scheduled maintenance service for my Mahindra tractor with 728 hours. The appointment was cancelled and rescheduled several times for a variety of reasons, and incorrect filters were ordered, requiring the technician to make an additional trip to my property. Probably one of the worst places you could bring your machine to get serviced. Very unprofessional shop and management. Take your machine elsewhere if you need it fixed.
