Terrible experience. I asked them to fix my brake cable. They put it back on. When I got home it came off again. I brought not back the next day and they told me to go away. I took it to Purcell. Purcell fixed it right and charged me half the price these yahoos charged me. Very unhappy.
Had a lower control arm go extremely bad and took it to a major dealership and they said it’s be 2000+ to fix. Took it to Smith’s and they cut down that price like it was no one’s business. Great place. They will see me again. Much love.
I drove from out of town and had a blow out. I had NO spare as my car did not come with one. I pulled into one of the Walmart parking lots and called this place. A guy came to my car, took the wheel off, took it back to the shop and put a new tire on the rim. Service call alone was $40. I knew better than to call ONSTAR for roadside assistance this time! They charged me $76 for ONE lockout back in November and for that price they called the police for them to perform the service for FREE and sent them to my house, which was ... read more
Very quick and did an excellent job repairing my car. Plus they had a very good attitude, would definitely come back next time!
