i wouldn't even say one star..rude people .cust service is terrible. tina just hangs up on you if you have a problem. zero stars!!!
I had very bad experience with them. They fixed one thing and broke other. And to fix the broken one when I come again, I have told to take appointment to fix that!! :-< :-<
I took my car to Monroe for an estimate onbrakes and was quoted $1200. I took it in to Smith and they were able to do the work for under $400! I'll do all my business with them from now on. Super nice and trustworthy gentlemen.
I'm a woman and these guys are really nice. they talk to you in terms you understand and always do an excellent job the first time. the best service I can find with very good prices.
