I have looked at different prices on 16 inch tires ( even at Walmart in Richmond and Berea Kentucky ) and finally called Smith Tire Store in Berea Kentucky and they gave me the best price on BFgoodrich tires. I purchased 2 used tires from this place, asked about plugs and or patches and was showed one tire that looked pretty good for a used tire. Then they found another tire and the lady said it was as good as the first. On my way home it started leaking and went half flat. Had to add air to it the day after soni could get to another tire shop here in Lexington. I spoke with some guy at Smiths and he informed me they was a big sign that said no warranty on used tires. Told me to have the vehicle there at 8, When my son got there at 8, He said it would be 1. They do not stand by there word, Lied to me and over charge on a brake job for me were they had all ready had quoted me a price, Will never go there again.
RecommendedPurchased all new tires and got my front breaks done. I appreciate how quickly they got the job done considering all this covid mess going on and how busy they were. Great customer service. Highly impressed.
My vehicle came into hard contact with a curb and blew out a tire. Got the spare on and took the tire and rim into them. They were very busy and the phone was ringing off the hook too. But they got me all taken care of in about 25 minutes with a new tire on the rim and the spare back in the trunk. $80 and I'm done. Made me happy. What made me unhappy was that I saw they do oil changes too, I had just come from the valvoline place on the other side of town. $77.00 for an oil change and a air filter! We contacted 5 tire locations yesterday and Smith's had the best deal with warranty included! We ended up saving around $125 to surrounding competitors.

These people are thieves and con artists. They will tell you things wrong with your vehicle that is not true. They will tell you something is not under warranty, when it is. Do not trust these people! I keep telling my family and friends not trust them but they do anyway and then they get ripped off. Sure they are honest first couple times you go to them. but that is how they trap you. When you think you can trust you, they will the scam you! This people need to be shut down for farud
