Chase did a real good job on fixing our door sensor. Reason is that in March we called to have our sensor replaced. And I told the previous tech if it would work and he said yes. Then after a month it was working off and on. When Chase came in our house, I told him about our issue and he moved the sensor to another side of the door and that it would work this time around because the way it was placed before was metal to metal and the magnet was making the sensor work when they wanted too. Agent was friendly, notified me about his arrival time, reviewed issue we were having about a wireless remote on a window that might have been removed when new windows were installed. Made adjustments to system and confirmed everything was working correctly. Nice job
