Smith Thompson used to be a wonderful company—no contracts, direct rates, excellent customer service—but unfortunately, all of that seems to be a thing of the past. We've had Smith Thompson home security for many years and they have never raised their monthly fees. We had a technician, Armando, out this past Saturday and he installed a new monitored smoke alarm and was so professional and nice. Their monitoring is always good too. Their prices are so much better than the others.
