I received a bill from this office yesterday for a routine immunization (no MD seen). Routine immunizations and annual well visits are covered with my plan at Blue Cross Blue Shield at 100%. The lady in charge of billing said that I had another charge as well for my annual well visit exam so the amount I owed was actually more. In addition, I was at their office yesterday for another immunization (no MD seen), and she said this charge is "pending". She said she "wasn't sure" if I would get a bill. BEWARE OF DR. WENDY EVANS WHO CALLED CPS ON ME BECAUSE SHE DIDNT RESPECT MY CHOICE TO CHOOSE THE TREATMEMT FOR MY CHILD. SHE HAS FORCED ME TO GOTO OTHER SPECIALIST THAT I DIDNT NEED. AND WHEN I DIDNT COMPLY WITH HER AND CHOSE A DIFFERENT PEDIATRICIAN SHE CALLED CPS ON ME AND SAID I WAS MEDICALLY NEGLECTING MY CHILD. SO THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL PARENTS!!!!!!!
Dr. Hennessey was great - he took to respond to all of my questions and I did not feel rushed. BUT the staff could use some training on professionalism.
Just started going to this practice, everyone is pleasant, they have made me feel so comfortable. I’ve never waited more than 15 to 20 minutes. Just love the nurse practitioner, she is knowledgeable, takes her time to explain everything and very nice.
Smith Therapy Partners are AWESOME!!! I have referred multiple clients and they are very happy with the service and information that they have gotten. From the time of the referral to the time the client is contacted and scheduled is within 24 hours and generally less. Bill is phenomenal and takes his time to explain what they are doing and why. The OT at the Charleston location is top notch!!!!
I really appreciate the nurse who did my physical she was really sweet and professional and she helped me stay calm and at ease
When a person has had two lumpectomies and a patient requests all information to be sent films/cd should be included. Having a number to call as a physician and not being able to leave a message to request the cd is unexceptable. Also having a monogram on Dec. 15 refusing to do the prescribed ultrasound from the Oncologist after explaining that the reason is because of density in the breast’s needing a closer look to insure cancer hasn’t returned. . Most Employees are nice.
I have seen Johnsie Hughes on 2 occasions. She seems very knowledgeable and professional, yet easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care. I highly recommend.
*******CLOSED-- it would be nice to know if they plan on ever reopening.. I've tried calling for a week and finally drove there to find the building in the midst of a huge renovation. All of my test have been done there and I would like to have my records.
