This “provider” has been dismissive, forgetful of prior recommendations, and very apparently did not look at the chart prior to the visit. A concern over a previously discussed issue was brought to her and the reply was “well we only have 10 minutes today”. If a patient takes time from their day to attend an appointment, the provider should make half an effort to provide proper care. Very nice loved seeing her did not feel rushed she sat and talked with me the whole hour and I feel like she was really interested in helping me figure out what’s causing my issues.
