Fun people and a great place to work!
We hired SSG to draw up plans to fix our foundation in Cayucos CA. I spoke to Jenny on August 1, 2022. We signed a contract, and we have not heard back from them in over 5 months. I've called, texted, emailed, left voice messages and no return calls! This is beyond frustrating! The contractor they recommended David Spencer is just as bad. And no one returns our calls!! I don't understand how a company can stay in business by NOT communicating with its customers!
Mike has truly gone above and beyond in working with me on a bridge evaluation. He clearly explained the work required, has been extremely communicative throughout the entire process, and is providing me with a top quality report. I appreciate that he's taken the time to understand my needs and make sure and address them. Highly recommend him, SSG, and their work.
I have Know Mike for about 20 years+ at least , Professional, Fast reasonable, He works well with the contractors, I can not say enough good things about Mr.Smith.
