I've always had great service. Been a customer for about 7 years now. They've always been helpful and polite when I've called up with questions, always called me back when they said they would. Solid service. I'm on disability, and have medicaid/medicare, and never once have they tried to cheat me. In fact, they recommend brands that are lower in price, and even recommended another store for some medical equipment so that my insurance would cover it!
Horrible. The two Indian workers are disrespectful, lying s.o.b. He was snatching things out of my hand, Yelling at me, being rude as fuck for no reason, said "he doesn't care what happens to me" "fuck off", and hung up on the phone. Telling me to take medications I don't take and saying bullshit. Go to a mainstream pharmacy, Don't waste your time on these disrespectful asshole. Or end up getting overcharged and lied to.
