Cream cheese and bagel heaven!!! Everything is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious!

Fresh bagels are soo good.
This bagel store is not at their best. Ordered a whole wheat bagel with (a little) vegetable cream cheese on Tuesday morning and was handed the hardest whole wheat bagel ever with about 1.5lbs of plain cream cheese on it. They consistently ignore orders and proceed with the incorrect items. Further, bagels should not be stale at 8am on a weekday… The inside of the store is nice looking following the renovations; unfortunately, the bagels have been very sub-par and very expensive.
Not friendly stuff. No greeting, no smile. All of them, the cashier, the counter girl and the cook. The previous employee were better.
