I cannot recommend Smith Street Auto Mechanic Shop in North Providence, RI enough. Jeremy is truly one of the best managers and mechanics I have ever dealt with. He is honest, straightforward, down to earth, and runs his business the right way. Lost $935 lost on repair of a 2004 Subaru X with only about 90,000 miles, one owner, and with a 2 year guarantee. Never fixed the brand new radiator and overflow never works. Asked if they fixed it and the manager said he didn't know, 3 days left it there. Nothing done until last day, last extended hours and said they did things that they didn't charge for. I stopped by Smith St Auto on Sat 5/16;never been there before.Had a problem with my power window mechanism. Jeremy was outside and we started talking about my problem & told me to come back on Thurs 5/21 (my day off). Went there yesterday and all I can say is Jeremy and his staff were friendly, engaging and fully explained the part(s) needed to fix my window issue.
