Horrible clinic, they don’t have operating hours, they don’t send confirmation email about your booking, they book you on days such as Saturday while no reception or phone operator is working AND when you call their voicemail, it says that we are closed on Saturday. Missed my appointment due to all that clinic negligent and asking me to come pay missed fee go back and then come again for the appointment
Had a consultation and cystoscopy with Dr Steven Smith. He was patient and reassuring.Was very satisfied with the staff in the surgery at Ajax Lakeridge hospital. It is hard to get in touch with the receptionists. Shout out to Cheryl the receptionist who was kind and accommodating.
