Not a good place to work in my opinion. I was on the cutting crew, $14 an hour isn't worth breathing in all that dirt and dust. It's not my responsibility to provide a dust mask, it's the company's. That's probably high they have a high turnover rate. The company should provide all the equipment and gear needed for the job. Make it mandatory for everyone to turn it in at the end of each shift, problem solved.
