Smith and Sons are a great builder to use for any renovations. Andy was very professional and always kept us informed on progress. They finished on time and on budget and the quality of work was excellent!

Smith and sons were a hard working and efficient team. Very responsive to concerns and questions. We were very happy with the end product which was a spacious villa adjoining our current property.

His communication with us was superb, he and all his subcontractors were always polite, accommodating to our wishes or questions, on time and thorough with their excellent work. We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Neil has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, his calm and professional demeanour has really minimised any of the stress of renovating.
