Smith and sons were a hard working and efficient team. Very responsive to concerns and questions. We were very happy with the end product which was a spacious villa adjoining our current property.
Andy Philp ran our project very smoothly. His communication with us was superb, he and all his subcontractors were always polite, accommodating to our wishes or questions, on time and thorough with their excellent work. We have been thrilled with the outcome of our unit renovation. Neil and his team did a fabulous job on our renovations and extension and did it in record time because we absolutely needed to be in by a certain date. The whole team worked their butts off to ensure we could move in by the required date and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
