I've been trying to get a wiring diagram from the work that Smith & Sons did on my home for about 2 years now. First, it was that they had moved locations and they had to find the schematics in storage. No call back. Now they say it won't be a problem and they'll call me in a day or two. No call back. But, if I need something done from a security standpoint, they're out to my home straight away with invoice in hand... Still waiting on my wiring schematic. Deliver on that and I'll take this review down.
