Cameron was very nice, listened to my issue, and offered a maintenance plan. I'm very happy with Smith & Son's!
Cameron was the tech. He's an awesome young man. I had an issue with the unit. I'm going to say this, he's an inspiration.
Arthur is amazing! Our outdoor units fan stopped blowing and they were able to come out the same day and get a new motor in it. A few days went by and the unit stopped working again due to a wire getting loose and they were able to come back out and fix it the same day. Really enjoyed the experience!
