Smith & Sons Coldstream helped knock down a leaning chimney on our old house here in East Hill. They did a great job, did it safely, and cleaned up after the demolition was done. Max gave us an estimate and proceeded to do the work on time and within budget. We’re very happy. This was phase one of a reno we’re doing. Looking forward to phase two with Smith & Sons.
We had an excellent experience with Max Peterson from Smith & Sons Coldstream during the site visit and estimating process. What stood out most was that you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and doing things properly, not just quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand the scope of our project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Max to anyone looking for a reliable, professional contractor.
Smith and Sons was amazing to work with. Max was great each time we met, and he provided great insight to the process. Jed and Jacob were amazing to work with as well their attention to detail is second to none, and they provided ideas that I didn't think of as the project went on, on how they would do it if it was their home. Smith & Sons helped us remove our old windows and trim out the interior and exterior after new windows were installed. They were open to collaborating with others and working around a tight timeline, which were both critical to our project going well.
