Smith and Sons was amazing to work with. Max was great each time we met, and he provided great insight to the process. Jed and Jacob were amazing to work with as well their attention to detail is second to none, and they provided ideas that I didn't think of as the project went on, on how they would do it if it was their home. Smith & Sons helped us remove our old windows and trim out the interior and exterior after new windows were installed. They were open to collaborating with others and working around a tight timeline, which were both critical to our project going well. We had a wonderful experience with Smith and Sons! We bought a condo that needed to be completely gutted and brought up to code. The planning that went into the project made clear that Scott and his crew were experts in the face of a daunting job. They required all electrical, removed a nightmarish sewage ejector pump and replaced it with two pump and grinder system, rebuilt our kitchen and bathroom, installed a wetbar, replaced all drywall, put in new flooring throughout, and replaced all light and plumbing fixtures.
