When it comes to contractors to work for, there are some that just stand head & shoulders above the rest. From consistent communication to clear directions and seamless scheduling. From one tradesman to another, hats off.
Hired Max and his team to do a renovation on the place I bought. From the first interaction to receiving the final invoice, top notch service. Great customer service and care, excellent communication about options and when plans had to be modified. Truly have nothing bad to say about Max and his team. You can’t go wrong giving Smith and Sons a call. If I were to ever do another renovation, Max will be my first call.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand the scope of our project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Max to anyone looking for a reliable, professional contractor.

Even with add on's and a few changes the quote was right on the money which was a relief as I wanted the changes ... read more
