Lance repaired stucco and structural damage to the corner of my garage, replaced dry rot damage, prepped and painted the exterior of my house. He also replaced a post for a gate along the side of the house at no extra charge. The rates were reasonable and the quality was great. Work started immediately. Communication was excellent and his crews were punctual and completed the job on schedule. Qualities difficult to find in any industry. Highly recommended.
Horrible customer service over the phone short and hung up in my face just asking about applications
We hired Smith and Son for a sheetrock job and were very pleased with results. They communicated well, showed up on time and did a great job. I was especially impressed at how well they cleaned up at the end of each day. We would definitely work with this company again.
This Company is absoultely awesome. From Lance to his crew, they did a remarkable job on the siding on the outside of our home. Everything was explained in great detail and the final outcome, fantastic! We are now going to have them remodel our kitchen. Can't say enough good things about Smith & Son Construction Company.
