I am very pleased with my roof. It looks amazing! This company is very professional. They itemized all of the materials and labor costs so I knew what to expect before we started. They worked with me on scheduling. They did all of the permitting and organized inspections. I look forward to working with this company for my future home projects.
Smith and Sons provided excellent service at our house. Their work was clean precise and we were vert happy with their work. Lance and Tim were very easy to work with and we highly recommend them.
Lance repaired stucco and structural damage to the corner of my garage, replaced dry rot damage, prepped and painted the exterior of my house. He also replaced a post for a gate along the side of the house at no extra charge. The rates were reasonable and the quality was great. Work started immediately. Communication was excellent and his crews were punctual and completed the job on schedule. Qualities difficult to find in any industry. Highly recommended.
