Got the glass fixed in last minutes on Public holiday. Dealing was friendly and professional.
Absolutely terrible experience, I made four phone calls this morning all crystal clear and then after waiting on hold and answering pointless questions the lady said oh your phone line is bad and kept blaming my phone. I told her you make no sense I've done four calls back to back and my phone is fine. Hung up and shopping elsewhere. Called upper Hutt auto glass immediately after and they could hear me clear as day. I recommend you do the same as Hutt auto glass has been a 100x better experience so far.
