Disappointing. We requested to become new clients after a referral from a friend, and there was a misunderstanding on the initial phone call. We were told they were not taking new clients and when my My husband asked if there was someone else we could contact, he was told he swore and was unprofessional, and hung up on. In disbelief I called in, was told that we were both inappropriate, and that they no longer wished to continue the conversation, and was hung up on. Disappointing
We’ve been using Smith & Smith for 10 years and are very happy. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!!
This place a fraud! Do not go there accountants eating biscuits and not doing work irs emailed me back stating their mistakes do not file there there are other places than here did a fruad with some will and took a vacation after the will care ! A crazy place to be
